About Us

We're building the camera that doesn't need a lens

Polymorf turns text and a single selfie into broadcast-quality video. No cameras. No crew. No studio booking.

Our story

From research paper to production platform

We started in 2024. A few of us had been doing avatar generation research at different AI labs, and we kept running into the same frustration: making a video still required a room full of gear. Cameras, lights, microphones, editing software. We wanted to see what happened if you replaced all of that with a text prompt and a selfie.

The first prototype was rough. But within six months, early testers were producing content that audiences genuinely couldn't tell apart from traditional recordings. That got our attention.

We raised our seed round in early 2025 and opened access to thousands of creators. Today, Polymorf powers video for content creators, educators, and enterprise teams across 40 languages.

Mission

Make professional video creation accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Values

What drives us

Creator-first

Every feature exists because a creator asked for it. We build for makers, not committees.

Ruthlessly simple

If it takes more than three clicks, we haven't finished designing it.

Privacy by default

Your face, your voice, your data. Always under your control. We never train on your content without explicit consent. You can delete everything at any time.

Team

23 people, five cities

We're a mix of researchers and engineers from Anthropic, Runway, DeepMind, and Adobe Research. Headquarters in Mountain View, with people spread across San Francisco, New York, London, and Tokyo.
